Initial Consultation and Site Visit. Reach out to us to discuss your project! We'll assess your needs, schedule a site visit, and provide design guidance. Our Creative Director will offer ideas and inspiration to help you envision the perfect design.

Design Concept and 3D Visualisation. During the site visit, we’ll take measurements and discuss your vision. We'll create 3D-rendered drawings that bring your ideas to life, allowing you to visualise the design before it’s built.

Quote and Follow-Up. After the visit, we’ll send a detailed quote and a welcome pack with key information. We’ll also schedule a follow-up call to discuss the quote, finalise details, and confirm availability.

Finalising Designs. Once the drawings are ready (usually 2-4 weeks before starting), you’ll have time to review and request adjustments. We won’t move forward until you’re completely happy with the design.

Workshop Build and Progress Updates. When the design is approved, we’ll confirm the start date for building your furniture. Throughout the process, you’ll receive regular updates, including photos, messages, and calls, with the option to visit the workshop.

Finishing & Installation. As we approach the final stages, we’ll schedule your installation date. Your custom furniture is pre-built and finished in our workshop for a smooth, efficient installation process—typically 1-2 days for smaller items and 5-7 days for larger projects.
